A deposit of £10 will be made on all appointments which will be redeemable against treatment.

all prepaid bookings and courses must have a 24 hour notice of cancellation, otherwise the booking or session will be forfeited and are valid for 1 year

Arrive at least 10 minutes before the sceduled start of your treatment as being late will shorten the appointment time in consideration of the next client.

Gift Vouchers are valid 6 months from the date of purchase. Failure to attend an appointment or cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss 50% of the Gift Voucher value

The salon takes no responsility for the loss of valuables from the lockers as there is only one key to each locker and the client is responsible for it
